I was placed on indefinite layoff, so it I am keeping my options open. I have over 20 years experience in the human resources field, and have worked in various areas including recruiting, benefits administration, training, payroll, employee relations, and performance management/coaching. I have a Master's in HR Management and my SPHR certification which have prepared me to advance into more challenging new roles.
