Skills Gap Analysis

I am helping a department head conduct a skills gap analysis. We are trying to determine not only the skills missing but potentials hire and promotions that need to happen. Does any one have tips or best practices for completing this analysis?

Thanks for any feedback - Whitney

Hi Whitney, I have a simple Skills Gap analysis that your employees or potential employees can complete. It targets 10 of the most sought after skills for today's workforce. If you'd be interested in learning more, I'm happy to chat. Contact me at Jackie@talentmanagementllc.com.

Whitney, If you'd like to capture objective data vs. guessing what skills might be missing, I'd be happy to show you how an assessment can tell you what skills someone has and what they are missing. You can also run team reports to determine what skills are needed on a team or in this case within a department. Please call me at 740 326-6851 or email sdevendorf@pdservices.com for more information. Thanks. Sue
