Responsibilities

• • Partner with hiring managers and actively recruit and source candidates for openings primarily in our Revenue division (Sales & Account Management)
  • Actively source via LinkedIn and other methods, assess a high volume of candidates and make recommendations to Recruiters & Hiring Managers
  • Update and maintain candidate data in Greenhouse ATS
  • Attend meetings and work closely with other members of the Talent team

Required Experience And Skills

• • 1+ year(s) of related HR or Recruiting experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
  • Strong technical skills and ability to sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn and other methods
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system such as Greenhouse preferred
