Looking for an HR Generalist (3-7 years of experience) supporting corporate functions (marketing, IT, finance, HR) of a multi-faceted business including manufacturing and technology.
Must have experience in HR operations, project management, employee relations, and managing annual processes such including performance management and compensation.
Opportunity to support VP, HR on projects such as policy modernization, talent program development and data insights.
With nearly 10k employees, the company is a fast-paced, global, growth-oriented, exciting company. Preference for candidates who have worked in a similar size company. Experience in a six sigma environment a plus.
This is a full-time, contract opportunity. No benefits are included. Must be local to Raleigh, NC.
