Full-Time Shift(s): Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

OVERVIEW:
Working as Full-Time Diversity & Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action compliance and data security, including recordkeeping, reporting, and auditing required of a government contractor. This position will report to the Director of Compliance-Human Resources.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Understanding and maintaining recordkeeping requirements of government contractors and providing ongoing oversight to implement changes and make modifications to internal protocols
o Training, auditing, and providing oversight of hiring management personnel concerning internal hiring practices and recordkeeping
o Assisting with preparing reports required of Federal Contractors (e.g., Affirmative Action Plans, EEO-1s, VETS-4212) and meeting established deadlines for reporting
o Reviewing and auditing internal hiring statistics and analyzing data to confirm compliance
o Presenting and implementing action plans to address any deficiencies discovered during audits
o Assisting with data security projects relating to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other emerging regulations
o Performing various compliance projects

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
o A valid driver's license and the ability to meet our driving record requirements
o Possess at least three years of compliance or employment law experience OR a degree in Legal, Data Science, Human Resources, Business, or a related education
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Proficient computer skills, math aptitude, and negotiating capabilities
o Highly motivated and self-directed with the ability to motivate others
o Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning, and decision-making skills
o Demonstrate strong organization, planning, prioritizing abilities and attention to detail
o Willingness and ability to travel as needed
o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
o Ability to pass the required drug screen (applicable in the U.S., Puerto Rico, and Guam only)

PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
o Experience and training with Federal Contractor OFCCP compliance audits
o Prior experience in data privacy and security
o Previous leadership or management experience.
