Incentives for Meeting DEIB Goals?
Has anyone used incentives (e.g. gift cards, recognition) to help people meet goals related to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB), such as taking training classes?
I'm not sure if this is authentic or ethical but it was brought up in a meeting recently so would love to hear if anyone has done this! Is there ever a time where you would use incentives to encourage more inclusive behaviors?
