Next week will be the 1st anniversary of #BlackoutTuesday. Walk towards a mirror and ask the person in the mirror the following questions:

*Ask this person if they have changed their ways
*Ask this person if they have activated their DEI commitment by walking the talk.
*Ask this person if they have done the self-work to build towards inclusive workplaces?
*Ask this person if a child (their (grand-)child/niece/nephew/ sibling) would ask them the same question Orlando (7 yrs) asked his mother "Is anybody going to hurt you?" after explaining what happened to George Floyd. How would this person answer this question?
*Ask this person if they are amplifying #diversity #equity, and #inclusion
