Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation
- Identify and manage training and development needs for employee
- Ensure compensation and benefits are in line with company policies and legislation
- Administer compensation and benefits
- Coordinate employee safety, welfare and wellness
- Develop/implement/administer human resources policies and procedures
- Review and update employee rules and regulations
- Handle employee complaints, grievances and disputes
- Implement and monitor performance management system
- Support annual salary review
- Administer employee discipline processes
- Conduct exit interviews
- Maintain the human resource information system and employee database
- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions
Highly Desired
- 2+ years human resources experience
- Bachelor/Associate degree in business or HR is a major +
- Knowledge of accounting software/ERPs and MS Office - particularly intermediate level Excel
- Knowledge of generally accepted HR principles and practices
