Contract Corporate Recruiter candidates sought for a respected insurance company in Louisiana. Position is remote and can site anywhere in the United States. 30-40 hours per week for 3-4 months.

 

Duties And Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified individuals to fill vacant positions.

• Collaborate with HR personnel.

• Oversee and conduct candidate interviews.

• Maintains records on recruiting activities as required.

 

Contract Recruiter Requirements And Qualifications

• 2-5 years' experience in full cycle recruiting experience.

• Knowledge of and experience with internet search tools and techniques

• Displays creativity in sourcing candidates.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Strong computer proficiency

• Strong organizational skills.

• Experience working with recruiting software.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
