This interactive workshop focuses on promoting mental health in the workplace by equipping participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to identify potential mental health issues, support colleagues, and create a healthy work environment. Participants will learn about the importance of mental well-being at work, common mental health issues, and practical strategies for fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace culture. By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

- Recognize common signs and symptoms of mental health issues among colleagues

He has authored numerous articles on various subjects, such as CEO narcissism, abusive supervision, and workplace authenticity, and is constantly exploring new ways to bridge the gap between research and best practices to help organizations and employees thrive.
As the creator and host of the Toxic Leadership Podcast, Dr. Sansberry achieved remarkable success, reaching the number four position for nonprofit podcasts in the United States in 2021. Dr. Sansberry earned his Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-St. Louis, where he examined the effects of abusive supervision on organizational culture, climate, and employee coping behaviors. He also holds an MBA from the University of Missouri-Kansas City with a focus on leadership, change in human systems, and general management, and an undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Central Missouri.
