Stand alone ATS Suggestions - Applicant Tracking Systems

Hi all,

I am in the process of researching recruiting/ATS systems that are stand alone.  We have purchased Isolved as an HRIS but are finding the recruiting module may not have all the functionality we need so looking for possible other options.  First, any suggestions on the stand alone systems either good to look at or bad don't bother feedback would be greatly appreciated.  Second, if anyone uses Isolved recruiting I'd be happy to chat about how you use it and the roadblocks we are having for insights.

    I’d suggest Greenhouse but have used Icims as well. Best overall solution however would be one integrated platform like Paycor where you get an ATS function along with payroll, benefits, learning management and the core HRIS. Let me know how I can help with any of that.

  • At my last company we used Pereless.com as our ATS and I loved it. They allow for texting to candidates. it previewed all info along with resume in 1 screen. It tracked all the jobs the candidate applied for over the years. they had a partnership with LinkedIn where they would feed our jobs over to our LinkedIn Page. There were many great features I enjoyed. They probably had other great features I was not using due to what our company would allow.

  • It may be good to find an ATS with a native recruitment marketing solution. Jobvite is one of the best for that
