The Talent Acquisition Manager oversees the Talent Acquisition team, while executing strategic and organizational hiring goals for the entire organization and our clients. The ideal candidate will translate business needs into talent acquisition solutions and will leverage resources to achieve effective sourcing strategies. Fosters a high-performance culture through an ability to inspire and motivate direct reports to source top talent. The ultimate goal is ensuring that our recruitment process runs smoothly and we recruit qualified and high-performing candidates for our clients. In order to succeed in this role, you must have a sound knowledge of all recruiting strategies (e.g. sourcing, screening, interviewing) along with a solid background in HR.
