Four years ago, HRCI launched their aPHR Certification. I was fortunate enough to have two fabulous capstone students, Kyle Cook, PHR (now an HR Generalist at Sherwin-Williams) and Stacie Denton (now an HR BP at Multi-Color Corporation), who helped me design the 8-hour aPHR Study Course. 

We are offering our annual fall aPHR study course on Saturday October 17th and 24th from 8:30AM-12:30PM.  

Do you want the chance to stand out from other applicants for entry level Human Resource jobs? You have the opportunity to take an Associate Professional in Human Resource certification and participate in a workshop this Spring to help prepare you! This is favorable for individuals who are beginning or are in their first 3 years of their HR career (HR Admin/HR Coordinators) and college juniors/seniors who are considering entering the Human Resource field. You will be provided with access to our Google Classroom which contains course PowerPoints and extra practice questions to assist you in studying.

I believe in paying things forward, so 100% of the proceeds from this course goes to helping my students.  In 2019 eight of my HR students joined me at SHRM Las Vegas and 4 attended the Ohio HR Conference. Unfortunately, we will not be going to San Diego, but that won’t stop the professional development of my current University of Cincinnati Students.
