Job Opportunity – Human Resources Manager with DazPak in Columbus, Ohio

As the HR Manager with DazPak, you will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources department including supporting hiring, onboarding, leave administration, employee relations, employee engagement, and enforcing company policies and practices.

The ideal candidate will be a high-energy self-starter that can roll up their sleeves and work in partnership with the leadership team to provide support and guidance to all staff and to achieve company objectives. Other requirements of this position include:

• 5 plus years of relevant experience as an HR Manager, Generalist, or other applicable HR field. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or other Business-related field. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate to executive team, vendors, and internal team members. 
• Strategic agility in problem-solving skills. 
• Collaborative business partnership at all levels. 
• Time management and attention to detail. 
• Strong financial skills and business acumen. 
• Ability to work in a changing environment. 
• Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus
