Looking for Feedback/Referrals on 360 Degree Feedback Software

I just started a new role at a manufacturing company, and we're looking to implement a 360-degree feedback review system. I'd love to get feedback/referral on any good 360-degree feedback software platforms you're using or are aware of.

    Congrats on the new role, Gus — that sounds like an exciting challenge. If I were setting up a 360-degree feedback system today and wanted something straightforward and easy to roll out, I’d seriously consider Teamflect. It handles feedback, peer reviews, and goal tracking in a way that feels approachable (not overwhelming), which helps when you’re introducing the idea to people who haven’t done formal reviews before.
