Experienced Professional Seeking New Role

After 12 happy years with IKEA, I'm on the hunt for a new HR role in the Cincinnati area. Most recently, I was a Field On-boarding and Learning Specialist, focusing on new stores.  I designed training and development plans for all U.S. retail positions, while also functioning as a learning management system subject matter expert. By adhering to strict deadlines, completing weekly risk assessments, and collaborating daily with various departments, I developed a strong foundation in project management. Throughout my twelve-year IKEA tenure, I focused on continuous improvement, and designed working methods, reporting, and a function hub.  I’m goal oriented and comfortable with both collaboration and independent work.  Please let me know if you have any leads!
