HR Compliance Class/Training
Hello all!
Has anyone taken a class on HR compliance or know the best place to go to learn what all goes into HR compliance? The individual in charge of Compliance within our HR team is retiring and I'd like to take classes to become our Compliance "expert." Are there classes or a certification I should seek?

Hi Ryan, I'm not sure where you're located, but check and see if you have an Employers Association in your area. This is the one in Cincinnati, OH, erahr.org. There are others around the US that offer training in HR compliance.
