In this role you will work closely with the Manager, Organizational Development and the Manager, Talent Management and will have the opportunity to work on projects that have a company-wide impact in the areas of performance and talent management, leadership development, and engagement and you will also have the opportunity to act as an advisor to our people business team and business leaders across various functions and partner with them to execute projects that in the areas of organizational design and effectiveness. In addition, you will support the team by owning the people analytics activities that will help our team make decisions such as analyzing data, building dashboards, and drawing insights.
