Position Responsibilities:

  • Direct sourcing, selection and on-boarding of high-quality candidates: interview setups,  developing offers
  • Provide ongoing communication regarding hiring status to managers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve personnel issues as they arise
  • Provide coaching and leadership for managers regarding HR matters
  • Facilitate performance management program
  • Develop compensation and retention programs
  • Manage benefits programs
  • Ensure ongoing compliance of HR initiatives and programs
  • Backup and support for Payroll Function

Candidate Requirements:

  • Five (5) + years human resources generalist experience with strong talent acquisition skills; PHR/SPHR or SHRM certification desired.
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to work directly with all levels within the organization
  • Work with Executive Team and Directors to develop and execute HR strategies
  • Quickly understand issues and develop solid conclusions and recommendations
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • ADP full-service HRIS software experience a plus  - recruiting, performance, benefits, ACA, etc.
  • ADP payroll software knowledge a plus
  • Microsoft Office proficient
