Position Responsibilities:
- Direct sourcing, selection and on-boarding of high-quality candidates: interview setups, developing offers
- Provide ongoing communication regarding hiring status to managers
- Troubleshoot and resolve personnel issues as they arise
- Provide coaching and leadership for managers regarding HR matters
- Facilitate performance management program
- Develop compensation and retention programs
- Manage benefits programs
- Ensure ongoing compliance of HR initiatives and programs
- Backup and support for Payroll Function
Candidate Requirements:
- Five (5) + years human resources generalist experience with strong talent acquisition skills; PHR/SPHR or SHRM certification desired.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to work directly with all levels within the organization
- Work with Executive Team and Directors to develop and execute HR strategies
- Quickly understand issues and develop solid conclusions and recommendations
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- ADP full-service HRIS software experience a plus - recruiting, performance, benefits, ACA, etc.
- ADP payroll software knowledge a plus
- Microsoft Office proficient
