strategic HR is searching for a dynamic Human Resource professional looking to join a fast-growing organization. As the Director of HR, you will have both strategic and administrative responsibilities. You will be a key member of the leadership team and have a direct impact on strategy and planning. This is a very hands-on position as you will also be responsible for managing our talent acquisition process, payroll and benefits process, training and development and all administrative tasks for onboarding new hires. You will also review policies and practices to maintain compliance and to provide effective and dedicated HR advisory service to all employees.

The ideal candidate will be a high-energy self-starter with the ability to work seamlessly with team members of all departments and levels. Other requirements of this position include:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Management
• Minimum of 5-10 years of HR Management experience
• Prefers a background in manufacturing and experience in global HR
• Open to traveling for the company between locations and some international travel
• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential preferred
