Cincinnati's Premiere HR.Hackathon - a Design Thinking Workshop - 10/21/22
HR.Hackathon is a 2-hr event for HR Innovators (that's YOU) to collaborate and tackle an HR Challenge using Design Thinking techniques.
Cincinnati joins the ranks among many cities, nationwide, who are on a mission to transform HR with Design Thinking through the HR.Hackathon Alliance.
What is an "HR.Hackathon"? It is a 2-hour workshop (2-4pm) where participants work on a real business problem, provided by a Company Topic Host, listening for the details of the problem and then "hacking" possible solutions using Design Thinking techniques. Not familiar with Design Thinking? No problem. Bring your curiosity, empathy, and ideation skills and meet cool, local HR Professionals in a new way!
Who is it for? Any HR Professional in the Greater Cincinnati area, or those willing to travel from nearby cities. No Design Thinking experience required!
Where will it be held? It will be hosted in the brand new Center for Innovation space at Xavier University. 1605 Dana Avenue Cincinnati, OH 45207
Snacks and Drinks will be provided, with a Happy Hour at Listermann Brewing Company immediately after.
