I'm hearing that ever since United Airlines announced their stance on vaccinations they've seen a 13% increase in job applicants.

I'm also reading that elevated "quit rates" as a result of orgs announcing requirements are phantom and fake.

Does anyone have any data supporting or negating either claim? I've checked the DOL and BLS.
