Mental Health Resources Recommendations

(This came to me from an HR Director - Steve)

I wanted to ask you if you could share what you offer your employees as mental health resources. We want to explore options so that our people have both access and support.

We're a company that does our best to offer things with a personal touch. It's key that we have that - especially in this area.

I appreciate anything you're willing to share.

    Hello! At Clark Schaefer Hackett we have an EAP and part of our program is free therapy for the employee, their immediate family, their parents and their in-laws. We also have a wellness committee that includes stress management resources. At least 1 person from our HR department is trained in mental health first aid.     We have an EAP for our employees through TriHealth. They are a great local Cincinnati resource for us. I have also seen that NAMI has some great resources and programs as well
