Trends in Compensation for 2024 is the newest offering in HR Partners’ HR Fundamentals™ Deeper Dives series.  Susan Shriver, Director of Compensation for AAA, 30+ year Compensation Guru, and long time friend and colleague of mine, will lead this 2.5 hour workshop that will explore a number of compensation concepts, provide specific guidance on base pay vs. variable pay, how to do a market study, benchmark jobs and set pay ranges, red-circling and green-circling, where to find targeted salary data, and much more. 

Susan will also provide considerations for hot topics in compensation, including the DOL’s proposed increase to the Overtime Exemption rule, Pay Equity and Transparency, increasingly challenging recruiting markets, and compression.
