Hello!

We currently allow the hiring of family members provided they are not in supervisory roles of one another or have positions of influence.  We are exploring updating our policy to not allow the hiring of any family member. 

Does anyone else exclude the hiring of family and if so, is it successful?

I'd love to hear from you on this.
