
HRBP role and an L&D role in Cincinnati, Ohio
(These two roles came to me from Cameron Luttrell who is an Executive Recruiter - Steve)
I’m working on two roles in Cincinnati.
HRBP:
- Fully on-site in downtown Cincinnati (on the river)
- Located at a plant with 100 employees
- Reports to the HR Manager - does not have direct reports
- Must have 5+ years of HR experience in manufacturing and have true business partner experience – this person will have a seat at the leadership table
- Key areas of focus are engagement, retention, employee relations, & training
- Max $115K
L&D Specialist:
- On-site in downtown Cincinnati for five (5) days a week for the first six (6) months, then transition to hybrid
- Sits in corporate office
- Reports to the Learning & Development Manager, no direct reports
- 3+ years of learning and development experience
- Key areas are performance management, succession planning, and leadership development
- $80k - $100k
