While Columbus is blessed with a booming economy, the majority of employers are struggling to find qualified candidates for their open positions. We’ll review a history of technology in recruiting and take a look at why these applicant tracking systems often are not as effective as we would like. As a group, we’ll discuss some practical suggestions to leverage technology and improve our recruiting processes.
