Jeff Shoskin and Barb Barrett, former 30+ year DOL investigator and current wage & hour consultant, will team up to review thorny FLSA wage & hour issues that continue to confound employers. Several of these issues were magnified during the COVID pandemic (eg remote work, misclassification, treatment of bonuses, travel time) and still exist. Jeff and Barb will also provide "best practices" guidance on how to minimize your wage and hour liability.

Be prepared to be educated and entertained! Great via Zoom – even better in person!

NOTE: We are offering sessions both in-person (must have a minimum of 15 in person to offer that option) and via Zoom. Register for both sessions - receive a discount!
