Diversity and Inclusion Assessments

Would anyone have experience with a solid diversity and inclusion assessment that can be used in a multitude of industries/organizations? Thanks!

    I am a retired Miami University professor who has started an HR data analytics consulting firm. I have done several diversity surveys and analyzed employee engagement data through a diversity lens.
