Onsite Nurse Practitioner for Staff
Hi All -
I'm interested in looking at a stand alone onsite nurse program for our staff. This would be outside of our health insurance but another wellness opportunity. I've recently been made aware of this where a nurse is scheduled once a month for all staff to check in on their own health issues/questions and for basic screenings. I'd be interested in hearing about companies who offer this and your experience with them - including cost. Thanks in advance!

There are actually a lot of ways to make this happen for you and your team. If you are in the Cincinnati area, there is a group called Doctors In Office who contract with businesses. You can also work with a nearby Direct Primary Care office and typically they can negoiate a flat fee for employees to use that service outside of health insurance. However, if you are in the 250+ employee space, we started working with Amazon Care which brings a nurse directly to members. The cost is all over the map, depends on the size of the company and actual need. Would love to discuss all these options with you and get you in the right direction.
