HRIS Systems for Small to Medium sized businesses? Who are the best players?
Hi HR Community!
We are in the process of trying to select the best HRIS system for our organization. Right now, we are fairly small, around 25 employees but will be growing at a rapid rate over the next few months. Does anyone have thoughts on the best systems to use? So far, we have had demos with Paycom, Paylocity and Bamboo HR.

I'm a fan of BambooHR and implemented it in mid-2017. The implementation specialist was great to work with, Bamboo readily accommodates customization requests - quickly adding new tables, it's a user-friendly system, and Bamboo is responsive to questions. A second vote for Bamboo. It's easy to get up to speed and easy to use for HR and the employees.
