At the KYSHRM Leadership conference this year we did something very "out of the box." Instead of a keynote, we produced a play about HR, titled "And Other Duties As Assigned." The play is a comedy/drama written and directed by veteran HR volunteer Cathy Fyock, and stars your volunteer leaders. Following the drama is a facilitated discussion about the play's contents.
