  • great topic. One of the questions is how wellness programs increase employee productivity, engagement and retention. I'd like to see research or actual stories on this.

  • Hi Stephan, You list some excellent ways in which an organization can benefit from an effective wellness program.   In addition to reducing absenteeism costs (costs employers more than $153B per year), a culture of well-being will also result in lower medical costs per employee, higher revenue per employee, greater creativity and more productivity when present at work.  I will share studies in the session on April 27.
