Training program outsourcing

Hi, I am starting  the process of evaluating what outsourcing looks like for a training program. 

1st question - Currently, we use external vendors but we manage all administration internally, from invoicing to room logistics.   Anyone use a partner who manages the administration of training?

2nd question - as anyone partnered with one vendor to rebuild or create their entire curriculum and courses for creation and delivery?
