Hello, Karen. We just converted to Paycom this past April. Every part of the experience was positive: initial presentations, data gathering and transferring, in-person support during first payroll run, facilitation of the conversion process, customer service from the Paycom team, technical support, quality of the products that we selected, pricing, user friendly, continual upgrades -- everything.
