Designing a Comprehensive Leadership Development Program

Developing a training class to can be a hefty task. Designing a multi-level, comprehensive leadership development program which can be tailored to a variety of organizations can be dauting. Hear how Definity partnered together with clients to develop a leadership series which includes training and hands-on application of the core competencies of
effective leadership. Trystorming was a big part of this multi-year effort which has resulted in a leadership series designed to take individuals on a long-term journey to develop and hone their leadership skills.

You will learn:

  • How to benchmark best practices from an established, comprehensive leadership program development program
  • Become familiar with the Trystorm-Refine system of development and improvement
  • Identify the obstacles and pitfalls encountered when developing a multi-year leadership program

About our Speaker - Mike Smith:

Mike Smith has over 35 years of experience running global operations and developing talent. Mike’s passion, his “why”, revolves around helping people to achieve more than they ever thought possible. Though he dearly loves teaching, Mike truly enjoys taking the concepts learned in the classroom and putting them into practices via coaching. Being fluent in both English and Spanish has allowed Mike to connect and develop leaders across North America. Today Mike develops both emerging and seasoned leaders though classroom training and hands-on coaching at Definity Partners.

Cost is $15.00 for members and $20.00 for non-members.

This program is approved for SHRM pending approval for one (1) HR (General) re-certification credit through HRCI and one (1)  SHRM Professional Development Credit.
