Unique questions for Management Interviews

I'm in the midst of interviewing candidates internally and externally to fill Management roles in our company. They are roles where people would be coming into management most likely for the first time.
Do you have any unique questions that you use in Management Interviews that I could consider? We do behavioral based interviews, but I want some examples that would really stretch the candidates.
