Positivity practices (and understanding) are not only good for the organization and individual team members but they are good for you! In this workshop you will learn about positivity and what it does, hear about strategies to bring more positivity into your business and practice powerful techniques that will benefit you and all those around you. Oh, and did I mention … it will be fun!

Erika Oliver works with successful people, teams and organizations who at times face challenges with communication, change, planning, relationships and teamwork. Positive Approach, LLC designs positive approach strategies to solve problems, meet goals, and expand resources. Erika’s expertise in formal and interpersonal communication – she is the creator of the Communication Miracles Model © - along with facilitation and project management skills offers simple tools and practical approaches that are immediately effective and sustainable. 

With a background in nonprofit health care administration, adult instruction, small business project management, fund development for a national nonprofit and experience with grassroots local agencies multiple solutions across disciplines are available to clients. Erika earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Nazareth College and a Master of Public Administration degree from Western Michigan University and has been an adjunct faculty member at Kalamazoo Valley Community College. She is trained as an Intrinsic Coach © and is a past member of the National Speakers Association. Most recently, Erika completed a graduate certificate program in Organization & Management Development and has received intensive training in Behavior Systems Analysis.
