What is HR Fundamentals™ ?

HR Fundamentals™ is a one or two-day seminar designed to cover the basics you need to optimize and successfully manage your Human Resources function.  HR Fundamentals 1™ 2017 (7 credits) was held on July 12th, covering basic HR functions - compliance, hiring, job descriptions, compensation and benefits, onboarding;  this session will be repeated again this fall.

HR Fundamentals 2™ 2017 (6.25 credits) will take place on July 26th, covering  higher-level HR processes, such as performance management, employee engagement, embedding coaching into corporate culture, social & emotional intelligence, Hot Topics in HR.  See below for curriculum
