Hi Jim, Consider the Everything DiSC 363 from Wiley.  This online profile allows for unlimited raters - Managers, Peers, Reports, and others.  Provides three immediate actions toward improvement and includes a Coaching Report.  While I've used other 360, my preference is the 363.  I've personally used it for coaching C Level through First Line at manufacturers, government agencies, and universities.  Full disclosure we are a Wiley Everything DiSC Partner.  Dave 610-384-1827
