On-line Compensation Training Resources

Can you recommend any online course to learn compensation analysis and establishing Pay bands?
I realize this is a complex topic, but do you know of a way I could figure out how to created an analysis for a small company as I serve all HR functions.
Anything you can recommend would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Lori

There's a CCP (certified compensation professional) class that is offered online by WorkatWork. It's a little pricey but the certification is a great to have. I've not taken the classes yet, I"m signed up in the fall to take my first one.
