Does anyone have materials they could share on Talent Calibration? I am running a post year-end review pilot. I am specifically looking for the prep guide that managers receive before the meeting (i.e., how do they know what to present for each employee? Is there a script? A set of questions they answer?) and what follow up happens after the meeting.
