Looking for a software or someone with expertise on brainstorming scheduling options for a 24/7, 365 facility.  How do hospitals or others manage this?  Do anything have experience in shift assignments that rotate days on/off over a 4 week period?  We'd like to explore other options as a method of reducing turnover and increasing employee work/life balance.
