My current HR Assistant is resigning shortly. Her value to me and the work she does for my client is immeasurable. Simply put, she provided peace of mind because she managed her responsibilities so well. 

That said, I'm looking for a replacement. Experience is a plus, but more important is competency and professionalism. I can (and will) train on the systems, routines, and processes that the person would need to manage. I can't train someone on being a quick learner, how to be self-sufficient, or remaining composed in challenging situations.
