Over the past few months, I’ve heard from a number of HR professionals who have an increased interest in HRCI and are exploring both pathways. In response, I’m expanding my offerings this winter so you can choose the path that best fits your goals.

I’m offering two live Zoom prep courses, both with the same core features:
A structured Study Guide to keep you on track, PPT decks with built-in practice quizzes, Glossaries, Recorded Sessions - so you can review material or catch up if you miss a class,

If you prefer to move at your own pace, I also offer a self-study program for SHRM-CP/SCP or HRCI PHR/SPHR with:
48 short video lessons (20–30 minutes each), Downloadable slides, Quizzes, Coaching support along the way.

A bit about my own certification journey:
My first certification was HRCI's PHR back in 1986, and then I earned my SPHR shortly after completing graduate school in 1991. When SHRM launched its certifications, I earned my SHRM-SCP in the first year it was offered.

Both SHRM and HRCI offer strong, respected credentials. I know choosing which is right for you can be confusing, and I’m more than happy to talk it through if you’re deciding between them—or thinking about how they can complement each other in your career path.

Since starting my HR Certification Study Course in 2018, I’ve worked with over 500 HR professionals, and my participants have an 88%+ pass rate for those who sit for their exams. And if you don’t pass, your next class with me is FREE.
