Known for her strategic vision and people-first approach, Jeanne has led workforce planning, union negotiations, and DEI initiatives at companies like Darling Ingredients and Luxottica. She is passionate about aligning business success with human impact—core principles of Conscious Capitalism.
Jeanne holds an MBA, is SHRM-SCP certified, and serves on multiple nonprofit boards.
