Jeff Shoskin, Partner with Frost Brown Todd, will review various FMLA decisions issued in 2022.  we will learn how some  employers  continue to botch their FMLA obligations.  We also will see how some (not all)  employees simply cannot be accountable for their performance/conduct  and try  to seek cover under some law, any law really …..
