Mila is a friend and a global cultural scientist. She is asking people to share their workplace experience regarding discrimination. Please note that no personal information (name, email or company name) is asked for. This is a narrative survey asking for your experience.

I completed this myself from my perspective as an HR practitioner. She is looking to get 300 to 400 responses and I think we can make that happen for her. It is great work to identify what people are/have experienced, and it may help us eradicate discrimination in the workplace.
