Experience Factor, a Colorado-based recruiting firm is seeking a part-time remote HR Operations Coordinator for our team. Our ideal candidate loves being the glue that holds the office together; someone who likes to be known for their ability to anticipate, and add value by finding ways to leverage technology and systems that drive internal and external engagement. This important role will touch every facet of our business and is a trusted and critical partner to the firm. We anticipate that this role would be about 20 hours a week, Monday through Friday.

The important work you’ll do:

• Manage office processes; creating systems and protocols to make doing business easier
• Manage weekly payroll process 
• Assist with basic accounting functions including client invoicing/billing and accounts payable/receivable
• On-board new employees, facilitating communications and updating our HRIS
• Helping with basic recruiting administration; sourcing, reference checks, record keeping, etc.
• Manage our databases, including running reports, verifying data, and finding opportunities for operational efficiencies 
• Employee interaction and management
• Take ownership of special projects, including social media initiatives

The important skills you’ll need:

• Curiosity, smarts, and excellent communication skills
• Strong grasp of technology to improve systems
• Track record of making systems better
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• Track record of executing on projects through to completion
• The highest degree of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality 
• 2-3 years of administrative experience 
• Experience with CRM or HRIS databases
• MS Office Suite experience
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
