HR Assistant I (contract) at Ecolab in Roseville, Minnesota
Job Responsibilities
- Audit of new hire I-9s.
- Work with the I-9 remediation process.
- Reporting out of Workday on workforce.
- Finalizing I-9s in the Workday system.
- Other administrative duties as assigned (for example, filing, creating reports, data tracking, following up with employees and HR Partners).
Skills
- Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
- Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Education/Experience
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 0-2 years experience required.
