Job Responsibilities

  • Audit of new hire I-9s.
  • Work with the I-9 remediation process.
  • Reporting out of Workday on workforce.
  • Finalizing I-9s in the Workday system.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned (for example, filing, creating reports, data tracking, following up with employees and HR Partners).

Skills

  • Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
  • Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Education/Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 0-2 years experience required.
